REM Sleep Behavior Disorder

In this disorder the normal REM sleep induced muscle paralysis is not present. The individual will act out their dreams, sometimes kicking, punching, jumping, and even racing out of the bed.

This disorder is a type of parasomnia usually associated with REM sleep.
