Sleep Talking Sometimes this disorder is caused by emotional stress, fever, or even other sleep disorders such as night terrors or sleep apnea.Sleep talk is usually harmless, althrough it may disturb other bed partners or family members. Usually the talking is brief, or incoherent, but sometimes it can be a long speech with lots of anger and hostility.
